- 3/4 cup chicken broth

Instructions


1. Prepare the Chicken


Step 1: Place the chicken breasts between two pieces of plastic wrap and pound them to an even thickness, about 1/2 inch thick.

Step 3: Dredge the chicken in 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, shaking off the excess.


 2. Cook the Chicken
